We Are All Born A Leader
69Are You A Leader?
World Leaders
Do you ever think about making a transition and become a leader instead of a follower? There are so many in the world. There were so many leaders from the past that will always be remembered and remain as big names.
Such leaders as Martin Luther King Jr, Mother Teresa, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Pope John Paul II, Diana Princess Of Wales, John Fitzgerald Kennedy...
There's Leonardo da Vinci, Mozart, Henry Ford, Neil Alden Armstrong, Bill Gates, and Robert Kiyosaki... and the list goes on and on and on....
Those are only a few of the many great individuals through out history. I am sure you recognize a majority of these great leaders. The question is, what makes these rulers so Nobel?
Follow the Leader
In order to be a person of regards you must follow the leader. What is it that attracts the communities to follow these important people? The thing is... we are all Top Dogs. Everyone is born a leader.
One leader that I respect, Michael Clouse, who is a successful entrepreneur and highly respected speaker and coach in the industry of owning a home based business, teaches that there are three types of Leaders in the world:
There is the Complacent Leader... these people go through the motions and float through life. Then there is the Dictatorship Leader... those who are controlling (I am sure we can name a few of these). Then there is the Inspirational Leader... these are the special persons who inspire us all by making a change in the world. Which Would You Like To Be?
Most importantly... these leaders are unique, humble, and caring . They did not give themselves such titles. The communities are inspired through their belief and faith, through their passion, and value. It is society, the public, the communities, the population who decide to follow these beings and call them leaders.
What Kind Of Leader Are You?
Personal Growth And Leadership
Another Inspirational leader, Ken Dunn, who is a brilliant and very successful man in Network Marketing, shares a powerful quote from one of his favorite leaders... "Be the change you wish to see in the world."
These leaders made the 'changes' that took place in the world. Everyone of these respected names all posses similar qualities and characteristics that drew people to them.
If becoming a leader is something that you desire... then attract to those who inspire you most and learn from them. Who inspires you?
Becoming a leader requires learning communication skills, developing a positive attitude and building rapport. It can help magnify other positive and likable people to you, because you want people to Know you, Like you, and Trust you.
